The Chi-Town Hustler team finally retired their famous '69 Charger funny car and replaced the body with a smaller and narrower '71 Dodge Challenger. Compared to today's funny cars, the '71 Challenger body looks amazingly stock. Most teams were feeling the money crunch as cars became more complicated and expensive to race. By '73, the Chi-Town Hustler was running under the Revell Models banner.
