The Chrysler 426 hemi became the standard for Top Fuel and Funny Cars by 1970. The original blown Hemi engines made in the neighborhood of 1,500 horsepower. Today's Chrysler Hemi-inspired engines produce over 5,000 horsepower!!! The engine has so much visual character, I just had to do a "car-toon" version.
